Pepakura doesn't like the weapons.
You have to basically just get some cardboard/wood/wahtever other material, and use some renders of the weapon and build it free hand, thats basically what everyone does.
...Or buy one.

the ones i make now are brushable resin, fiberglass, plastic resin, vaccum formed plastic, aluminum and clear resin

my prototype was made of Acrylic Sheets that was laser cut
