What is a Rerebrace Part?

I check all the Mark VI Files yesterday and found the Pepfile for a Rerebrace Part. What the hell is this?
I can´t speak English very well and even the Google Translater couldn´t answer me the Question.
So may you can help? For what is it?

A Rerebrace is the armour for above the elbow, but below the shoulder. With the Mjolnir armour, it is what the shoulder piece attaches to. I think it's referred to as the bicep armour?
