What is the most realistic Master Chief armor ever built?

I'm just thinking what the the most realistic MC armor ever built is. Like for cosplay it's going to be different because it has to fit the persons proportions and be lightweight etc. I guess what I'm asking is has anybody just focused on building a replica of the suit. Same proportions of John 117 and approaching it like it was a real suit of armor.

any suit built by legacy (the studio behind the forward unto dawn and halo reach suits) are probably the closest imo
