I believe if you have not yet listen to this video and have the time (27+ mins) to painfully listen to the customer questioning the Verizon Wireless CSR's misquote using basic unit calculation



this is a must.



I do understand the video posted is old (2006 to be exact) but i have only just been handed the link and would like to share it with anyone on the forum who has not seen this.

Try not to yell at your speakers too much as i may or may not have done.



And any attempt to try and reason that the math the customer is using is incorrect will be seen as trolling.
