Who Is Getting Halo Wars?

I guess I'm one of the first to say that I'm kind of disappointed in this game. It's not as fun as I thought it would be.
Positive:
-Controls were nice, easy to get used too
-Story looks good
-Has the Halo feeling
Negative:
-Camera kind of annoyed me, the angle and view when it's all the way out seems like it's not zoomed out enough, but when you want to zoom in and see what's going on it doesn't go low enough for my tastes. (I want to see more zoomed out, and more zoomed in)
-You can't build wherever you want and make walls, outposts, etc. like in Age of Empires II, which is one of the only RTS games that I've played that I really liked.
-Most of the buildings all look the same, especially Covenant. So unless you remember exactly where you placed them, you might have to click around sometimes.
-We are supposed to be fighting with a massive Spartan army, but we can only create 3??? That better be a Demo limitation cause if not then that's just stupid.
I'm actually glad I did play the demo cause now I doubt I'll get the LE version, now I'm not even sure if I'll buy the game itself.

the demo was realy easy owned it in under an hour, my favorite thing is you can walk away from it and still be playing

The demo was just awsome!!!
The vulture was probably my favortie unit along with the honor guards.
The one bad thing I didn't like was the camera zoom thing. I want to be able to see all of the carnage right in front of my face not 20 feet above me.

I love the demo. I love playing as the UNSC. I only lost once, on Heroic. My base was rushed, by a scarab...
My favorite vehicle is the Cobra. 3 cobra's can kill a scarab, 5 cobra's can kill a scarab in one round of firing.
I am SO going to love fighting the brutes and stealing me a Chopper. Love stealing the Locust from the Prophet to use on his own buildings!

I had just finished building my army, and I was heading to attack the Covenant. I zoom in to get a closer look at the action, and WHAT THE F***! I didn't want to be able to see the sweat under a Marines armpit, no, but I at least wanted to be able to watch me Spartans beat down some Elites in detail.

I like how the elites looks in halo wars but I prefer the ones from Halo 3.

I just reserved the limited edition of this game today. So psyched. Although I wish i could go down as the camera and at least watch the war from a lower point, or spectate each unit or person, that would be sick. I can't wait for it to come out, then i'll have Sandbox too! .

I preordered it ASAP. I just hope that it works as an RTS on a console. Have you ever seen the PC to console RTS games get good reviews. Hopefully since this was made specially it'll work. Besides, it has Halo and Ensemble on the front, so it'll sell easily
PS. You can hijack right. If so is it just the spartans and elites or can marines do it to? (probably not)

Man I ordered the limited edition a few weeks ago, and I still can't wait. And also I'll get me some sanbox too.
I also like how elites look in this game, the elites pretty much looked the same in the Halo Trilogy ( except minor changes and better graphics. ) I like how they look a little bigger. ( Can we massive steroids were used? )
And I hated the not being able to zoom in a little more, but I think there are more benefits then screw-ups. ( Plus I can't wait to see Blood Gultch in Halo Wars!!! )

I super pumped about this game I love the demo and can't stop playing.
I was very skeptical at first about it being on a console and was worried that halo wouldn't port to a RTS well but it certainly did. I love this - all my friends love it and we'll probably all getting it and playing on LIVE for hours.
