Who is in Florida? and Who up for an armor PARTY!

Hi all:

In other groups we get together 2 to 3 times a year and work on helping people make strap and pick on there armor/costumes. There a lot of fun and work. I have hosted them in the past for the 501st were they have made and strapped there armor parts. You just cover the cost of the ABS, and part of the pizza.

If this sounds like some thing to do befor Dragon-con or is just to help get your armor finn. We can set a date for it.

Who is in Florida that is Active and were? And What costume are you working on?

I have a funny feeling that this could end up being an SCA-style household armor party. Mjolnir armor and fighter practice - sweet! Depending on the"what and when" I may be able to make the trip - I'm in Jacksonville. Pics will have to wait as I'm still at work and I haven't updated my thread in "Molded" since last week...

Come down Vac-U some armor Do some sword fighting (I have armor, no time) and Have fun... There is a pant pall field 100 yds form the shop...

If you can get this to coincide with D*Con you'll have many more takers, including me for sure. I'd love to come see your shop and have a chance to see your armor being made. Unfortunately I don't think I'd be able to make the trip seperately from D*Con.

That would be hard as hell to do Sean. Since the shop is located here in Florida, Tampa Bay region and Dcon is in Atlanta that is a 7 hour drive, or an extra plane ticket for those flying.

IF 6 peps show up on a Sat AM o8:00 work till 18:00 and 8:00 on Sun to 13 or 14:00 that should 2 to 4 finn parts each.
