You know when you mold helmets they are all like hard plastic. Although it is hard and all do you still need to fiberglass the inside?

Nope it is solid and can take more of an impact than fiberglass. :D

Well Master chief still surely does not wear a plastic bucket on his head all day.

A pure fiberglass helmet is weaker than a molded one, MC has a metal helmet, but no one can possibly make one.

Pure fiberglass? Pure fiberglass is not a casting material. Fiberglass gets it's strength from the resin that laminates it. Urethane is a non-reinforced resin that does not require reinforcement because it is more impact resistant. I don't think anyone here has impact tested these two materials to prove which is stronger. Properly applied fiberglass resin composite is tough as nails... have you guys never seen a fiberglass hammer handle?

Master Chiefs armor is:

Luminous Green Refractive Titanium Alloy (External)
Matte Black Alloy (External)

...according to Halopedia that is. http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Mjolnir_armor

There... the green parts of the armor are Titanium alloy. 'nuf said.

Agreed. if made up thick enough FG can be like rock. I've seen some people's FG helm's holding the weight of a light car.
