WIP: Old Republic Havoc Trooper

Hey guys, I am doing a build for SDCC 2012 (went this year, it was F**KING AWESOME!) and any other events I can make it to of the Old Republic Havoc Trooper, seen in a lot of the trailers. I do have my resources: http://www.thedentedhelmet.com/f45/old-republic-trooper-38601/ which has all of the screenshots I need. I am planning on doing the Commander shoulderplate (the flat one) with foam, but I honestly don't know what to build the rest out of. I was thinking about working with an OSCS clone trooper armor kit but that's a bit expensive. So, got any ideas? Thanks guys!
:EDIT: I'm planning on working on foam for most of this build, I'm not sure on the helmet though.

Scratch build it using card board or thinner pieces of foam. That IMO is the easiest way to build something without pep files

Yeah, but I don't know how I'll realistically get such smooth pieces that clones have.

Yeah I saw the helm, but I hope he releases the whole armor so I'm holding off buying the file atm.

I have all the pep files for the main armor, I can't find files for the knees or lower arm ( gauntlets)
does anybody know where I can find them
