Hey all,
Im starting an AR gun from halo 3 in wood so, i'll upload some image here and update the pics

This first shape is made by me and i don't have any thing for see so, i have did this with my mind

Nice...I'd sand out the details with a Dremel, make a mag port and paint.

Yeah, I'm gonna make the other piece from wood and after a good shape of all i'll paint, and after that, I start to do my Helm

lots of potential in that humble piece of wood ... great start. One suggestion prime and sand before you paint, I've seen some great props (I remember a nice SMG here on-site) built from wood but get closer and the wood grain shows through the paint.
