I'm completely redoing it, i've already cut and change some stuff it will be done hopely by nov 17.

I would say you're on the right track with it. -At least as far as using the Nerf gun goes.

My advice would be to keep looking at pics of the Lancer. Keep looking for little things that you can add to make it that much closer the game model.

Did you ever fix the top teeth?

You might want to sand off the Nerf logo and warnings embedded on the gun itself, then you prolly wanna fill in the screw driver holes with some bondo or something.
