Xbox 360 Core problem

uhhh....I am buying a hard drive for my Xbox 360 Core.

but I dont know if a hard drive is supposed to be used
on a Core system.

can someone find out if a hard drive is compatible with the Core?

look on the left side of the system *if laying flat*

there should be kinda looks like a funky monitor/usb port thats wear the HD plugs in




its needed for backwards compatability so...sure tis can be used ^^

yes it can. the core is pretty much a premium without a hd, wireless controller, etc.

Yes you can.

You just have to remove a little panel on top of the console.

Yeah, they're compatible. Just be sure to read the instructions for attaching the hard drive to the core. And make sure the hard drive was made by Microsoft for the Xbox 360 and isn't one for a computer.

yes they are, my premium got the rrod, so i took the hdd off and bough a core, well i wasn't going to wait for Microsoft, complimentary game or no!

My brother uses his HD on a core and works fine.

-Finish
