Hey there everyone, just joined the forum a little bit ago. I'll tell ya a bit about myself.

I'm an 18 year old athletic swimmer from central Texas and am currently making my Armor. My armor is going to be Caboose from RvB. My sister already has her Tex done, you might have seen her around the forum. She's Moonwildflower, the one that does some of the art for the forum. We also have a bunch of friends working on thiers to be other characters.

At the moment I only have my arms done, and am working on the chest piece.

http://i726.photobucket.com/albums/ww267/Zukazan/Picture006.jpg What I have done.

http://i726.photobucket.com/albums/ww267/Zukazan/Picture004.jpg Wonderful story about that piece, I was hot glueing and a but landed on my armor. I felt very protective, sooooo he is now immortalized on my forearm in hot glue.

http://i726.photobucket.com/albums/ww267/Zukazan/Picture005.jpg This is rather odd... My sister wanted to compare her chest piece to the size of the one that I should be making, so she made me try on hers. Looks a little small...

http://i726.photobucket.com/albums/ww267/Zukazan/Picture001.jpg Just decided to post this one because that's my bro on the left and me on the right, so I can point out that he will be makeing Church armor.

I've also met Ithica in person and he says that he'll teach us how to mold+cast and all that jazz. I want to use flex foam for my legs and such so that I don't look like I have a wedgie whenever I walk.

I've lost so much feeling in my fingers from hot glueing and cutting myself by accident, but I think I'm moving at a really good speed.

Any tips and such are welcome.

Man, All you people in texas are so lucky to be able to meet everyone. :(

Nice job on the Armor. ;)

Thanks guys. In reality I've kinda been part of this in my own head for a while because my sister always tells me what's up on the forum. She's been helping me every once in a while and it's taken me about a month to get that stuff done, but I hope to get everything peped before resin and fiberglass.

My sister's also the one that did the art with the bleeding spartan on the home page. I remember having to pose for that.

And Macattack, you don't know what you're missing because the coolest people live in Texas.

Ithica is amazing. I walked into his studio and seen his helmets, weapons, and other pieces of armor(I loved his gravity hammer), then I turned and looked him straight in the face and with no doubt in my voice said "I love you."

From one Cabooser to another, Good Luck, and I can't wait to see progress!

Sweet looking armor man, I'm really jealous. I just started getting the files for mine together a few days ago. And that's really cool that you're making a suit from RvB. Keep at it!

Thanks, just got done with some more of my chest and my Helmet is almost done.

I love you're Caboose cadet. My friends and I are actually doing a whole group with most of the characters, I really wanted to be Caboose because I can sound like him(confused and like I don't know where I am, but am happy to be there).

I got to try on Ithica's recon helmet that he gave to my sister and it was amazing! Tho' in the front inside we are gonna cut down on the inside foam a bit where the nose is, because after wearing it for 30 minutes I felt like I might of needed a nose job lol.

looks great caboose is my favorite character and hey if youre tired of burning yourself with hot glue you might want to try tacky glue i use it and it works fine. much cheaper too.

Funny that you mention Texas, I should be going there pretty soon to visit a friend of mine. It's a nice place, although I've only been there like 4 times. You guys on this forum actually have me scared to start. I would like to be able to have feeling in my fingers in the future lol. Looks great so far man.

PS: Caboose is probably my 3rd favorite. Sorry, but I like Church's attitude haha. Then Lopez. He's just completely random.

I'm gonna be making the new Caboose's armor, I think it will work really well.

Last night I went down to Ithica's place and helped him finish some armor for a guy in Japan. It was a sweet recon set. But then my sister, Ithica, his wife, and I suited up in armor (he let me use one of his) and walked sixth street. It was amazing how many photos we got. All the drunk people were funny, but we go so many people getting wrong what we were from, we got GI Joe, Ninja Turtles, Transformers, and even Power Rangers. And a couple times people walked up to me and said here and before I could do anything, they handed me money... We weren't really doing this for money but I think next time we should go down with a tip jar and we'd make enough money for suit materials.

Almost got done with the helmet and chest last night. I hope to power through the rest after I get home from work. I'll post some pics then.

I'm almost done... I just have a shin and my feet to pep. I resined my arms today. It sucks because the humidity in Texas is really high for once.

Had to sit over my armor with a blow dryer. I'm going to have it all done by next Monday though.
