ahaha i know what you mean with the modelling part.. im struggling to get it to work in pep format.. ive got a perfect model of kats robotic arm, a bit higher def.. but then pepakura goes crazy when i put it into it.. ah well, needs some work but it will get there..

and you beat me to it with the shins!! ive only pepped one just to get a good size, so i'd love to use your edited models
i was looking at them today and comparing them.. your right about the top being a bit wide, as kats are more straight, rectangular looking. i'd like to see what youve done as you straighten up models pretty well!
how is your kat going by the way? figure out a good material for the undersuit?

It would probably be in the realm of 40-50 bucks in materials if I had to guess.

hey check my Youtube video "My daughters Halo armor part 3" user is Compta38. You'll see your forearm file built up about halfway through. It was a nightmare to pep at 19.5cm, but thanks so much for the girl files! It fit after soem hardcore wrist cutting.

Haha yeah I'm doing them as close as I can! Like you I love really detailed stuff so I'm going all out on this suit, the only thing that could become a problem is that the boot itself would be hard to bend your foot in.. If you know what I mean.. Urm .. Like it would make sense to make the top of the toe piece (which would join to the top of shoe) soft, like made out of rubber or foam. Kinda hard to explain written wise. I'll whip up a couple of images on my thread with the shoe and how i will be doing it

i hope you manage to finish the suit in time, having a deadline sucks
im starting to model a more accurate shoe file, should have it done by monday evening. (knowing my luck someone will have one up before then haha) i'll post it on my profile as im still trying to set up a 4shared..

Yeah Sorry Lol, Im the only making castings of Reach weapons right now, but hope other people mold their weapons like LOST VIKING, and {Cortana's Husband.

And back to the AR lol, If I can I will paint a couple of them, and If not I will just send you a cast, and you can just give it a nice paintjob

Right now, I've got the shin built and the shoulder built. I've bought some flex-foam and smoothcast 320 with plans to mold this week. All I ask is that you cover the cost of materials.
