Announcing a new convention for people in Toronto and surroundings.

Red vs Blue Toronto Convention

The date is unknown for 2009 but it should be at the end of June.

RvBTO is an annual, non-profit, web-community event held in Toronto, based on the popular machinima series, Red vs Blue.
The event began in 2005 and quickly became a huge success with over 250 people in attendance in the first year. The name RvBTO is an acronym for Red vs Blue: Toronto.
RvBTO focuses mainly on the show, Red vs Blue, with fans visiting from Canada, United States, and all over the world. Every year, special guests from Rooster Teeth Productions (the creators of Red vs Blue) have come to the event to announce the release of the new season, answer questions from the audience, and participate in the weekend's activities.
RvBTO is run by a small volunteer committee. Each person or team is responsible for one or more aspects of planning the event.

What is RvBTO?
An annual fan event centred around the popular web-series Red vs Blue and the community of friends that has risen around it. It has been held in Toronto, Ontario, every summer since 2005.
What does RvBTO mean?
RvBTO stands for Red vs Blue: Toronto.
What happens at RvBTO?
A few different activities are usually planned to keep guests busy for the weekend. In past years, we've held pub nights, group paintball, a LAN, a scavenger hunt, and a BBQ. We take the feedback from previous years to make each consecutive RvBTO even better.
Who runs RvBTO?
A small group of volunteers from the Toronto area help plan and run RvBTO every year.
Who goes to RvBTO?
People who attend the event range in age from 10 years to 50 years old. We've hosted people from Canada, the United States, and as far as Austrailia. About 80% of our audience is made up of people from outside Toronto.
Can I volunteer for RvBTO?
Of course you can. We are always looking for new volunteers to help out with planning, organizing and running the event. Simply e-mail us before the event and we'll let you know how you can help this year.
I have an idea for an activity on the weekend of RvBTO, who do I send it to?

Is RvBTO appropriate for all ages?
Yes. However, we do not assume responsibility for anyone under the age of 18 years old and we recommend that they be accompanied by an adult. Please be advised that the show Red vs Blue contains violence, foul language, and adult situations. Parents and guardians are encouraged to preview the show at www.redvsblue.com. Attendees of legal drinking age will have access to alcohol at the pub after the screening and photo ID will be required for every person attending.

I'll try to make it. I want to meet up with some one and have a 1 on 1 chat so I can ask questions about armour and such. It all depends on how everything goes (i'll be 15 next june!!!), If my parents will drive me, and whats going to happen.

But yeah actually, You, Bleedoff and I could go all of us together in the same car. 6 hours, isn't that bad.

And we could take a room in a hotel. If it costs 100$, well 33$ each and it would be great for storing our stuff.

If we split the gaz's price too, we could be there for less than 100$ each including rest and car ^^
