Help! Im new at making costumes!

So im pretty new at making costumes and am planning on making a Spartan 4 foam costume where the whole entire suit or costume is foam. I attempted pepakura with card stock but had no success at all so im planning on making one out of all foam.

Plans:
Scanner or Prefect Helmet

and any foam template thats for the rest of the body parts.

Thebbest thing you can do is use pepakura to make templates for the foam. it works so well

There are pepakura file in the file archive edited to build with foam. Do some research on it so you know what to do. Pepakura files edited for foam don't need all of the pieces you would need for cardstock. Flaps are also not needed with foam. Look in the file archive and look for files that say foam next to it.
