How Much Spot Putty?

how much spot putty do i need to apply on my helmets armor? i saw in sigmas ls's tut he had it on his hole odst helmet....

any help would rock

Depends on your hole size.

spot putty isn't very strong...if its an actual hole you will need to patch it up and use bondo. If its just a small indent, basically you can fill it in to level it off with the spot putty. Basically the smallest amount you can get from the tube should do it...about half the size of a pea for me. If the spot putty is too deep it will just flake off and won't work anyway.

I agree with Tikigod. It's only for pinholes and light scratches. I tried layering it on and after I painted, I could scratch it off with my nail. I ended up having to redo the spot with bondo.
