The AR feels good at the moment! I used a exspanding foam to give it some weight... it worked! Also it has a trigger and hand grip now!!!!!

Is the trigger stationary or can you actually pull it? Good idea about the expanding foam. Can't wait to see it.

Thunder thighs

Here are my thighs. I used resin on the outside then put card on the inside. I used the expanding foam to fill in the 1inch gap.

I also am using a old wetsuit as my under suit. Knowing I will get hot I decided to cut the legs of as so, this also means if a spartan needs to pee an spartan can!

Great way to strengthen armor!

So, my wife has knocked over my suite one two meany times and I needed to strengthen it! So I have!
I have been using a expanding foam that people use to fill in voids. As long as you use fiberglass resin on the outside 1st to stop it expanding too much, it works!!
So I fill, leave, it does it's thing, then cut it to shape. To toxic smell, no mess and easy to work with!!

As you can see it comes out the side but it's so easy to shape.

I will shape it and show you guys latter!!

I used a bread knife and it worked a treat! I will post some pictures latter. The foam is great, it gives good weight and strength.

Under suite addon

So I got a better under suite. I was using my Bmx armor but felt it was not good enough so I got a motocross set, what you think?

Anyway loving the build and wish I had more time to spend on it!!! Damn work!

COD Ass

Here is my ass. I decided to separate the back and front of my COD. So staying with my google image affect armor, I have used a can of polyurethane to coat the part. So it is water resistant now. Also I did fill it with the expanding foam. It has good weight.

Protect my nuts!

Here is the front of my COD. As you can see I am using google images to creat the armor effect. I have been printing a paper PEP along with my card PEP. Then tapering he paper PEP to the image effect. Glue onto the resin shell, fill with expanding foam & to finish with a coating of polyurethane.

I was going to use an airbrush to complete the artwork but the armour is taking its time! If I was rich and did not work I would have it done but time is the most needed thing when attacking a project like this.

Cool idea to print out the painted armour effect then glue it on. Very cool idea. Especially if your in a place you can't use crazy chemicals!

I'm not gay, but.....

One big problem. One man building a... Man. I need a mannequin! I have just placed an add on our island website, just sitting waiting for the prank calls!

If anyone found a better idea on what to build on please tell me! I have bits of spartan all over the place!
