i'm confused on which ways to make the visors

ans what's the difference between plastic sheets and acetate?

oh, well i just need on this situation

what im probly gonna do is vacuum form with plexi-glass so i can use my armor for airsoft. then im gonna spray paint the visor with VHT Niteshades which tint the visor so you can see out of it but not into it. only comes in black tho. if you dont need a real thick visor you can just get some really thin plexi-glass and you'll be fine.
