Sanding

Well I have just about got the first piece of my armor ready to sand and I was wondering what everyone uses to sand down their glassed armor, When I looked at the complete noob list all I could see for sanding was the dremel, does this mean that you don't need to do any by hand?

Get a sanding block and some sand paper. Sand with Grit 60, 120 and 240, in that order.

Excellent, got all that in the garage, was just wondering cause it's what i normally do with the panels on cars but this time paper is involved in the middle so just wanted to know i was gonna do it right before i made a big mistake

You might wind of removing the paper on the sharp edges. This isn't a big deal at all. Once the primer goes on there won't be any transition in the paint job just as long as you get everything smooth.

i used a dremel for certain areas. it comes in handy but you definitely wanna use sand paper for the main sanding. there are some tutorials, i believe by crackhead09, that might be helpful for sanding
