Ive read through the "Official Scaling Thread" and ive learned the formula already. BUT my question is why are my peices getting smaller in pepakura?

Depending on the model you get, most of these are scaled to Master Chief's height which is right around 7ft. Hence such a dramatic change in the pieces when you scale it down to human size. Please use the Q&A Team.

That, and if you put different products for hardining
(I.e rond, bondo, resin, epoxy, ect...)
it may shrink depending on how much substance you put on them
(even warps)

I suggest make your pieces a little larger to fit the following:
under armor, movement, and size of your body.
(make them maybe 1 1/2 inches bigger than normal.
