Started using your methods, and came to an odd realization, I have a big melon.....

Also, should my measurements be correct for my melon...that means an unfolding job since the existing unfold would not fit on paper at that scale....

Only add 4-5cm to your height for the T-45D costume. My tutorial is ment purly for Halo costuming, but it can work for other costuming aswell. You just have to work out the bugs while using the tutorial for other armour types.
