Table of Contents/Section Links in Mantle

It'd be extremely helpful to have a shortcut to sections of the Mantle to make finding specific answers or sending a link to a specific section that answers someone's question easier. Right now when a topic comes up that would be best be answered by referencing the Mantle we can either send someone to the page in general and tell them to go look for whatever article and section or find it ourselves and post as a quote.

A table of contents for the mantle would be great to help find information quickly. One thing you can do, to send someone a link to a specific part of the section, is in Chrome, highlight some text and right click then go "Copy link to highlight". Like below:

It works in Chrome. Sadly it doesn't appear to work in Brave. Haven't tried in Safari or any others yet.
