Visor help please

Hey guys so I have a question on how to sand fiberglass resin so I can use worbla to mold the visor. Any help will be appreciated!
And to say there are two coats of resin inside and then a thick coat of slosh of resin to harden a bit more and still plain card stock on the outside.

Tried but it's not doing much at all for some reason. I'll keep trying and maybe a Dremal with a sander on thanks marawuff.

Dremel-like hobby tool with sanders should definitely do it.

You might have used too high grit paper.
It works perfectly fine with lower grit like 80-100.

thanks everyone i actually figured out why it wasn't working it was a wet sander so i just needed water.I managed to get the test piece of resin completely smooth.
