Voice Changer/Disguiser

Anyone know where to get a good voice changer/disguiser? I want be to use for a convention so people can hear my voice but would like to sound more Spartany then my regular voice. Any help is welcome, thanks.

I used a cheap "Halloween USA" voice amp at my last con and it worked great for the cost.
