every time I try to post in the noob forum it says I don't have permission to do so

Generally when your account is on moderation that time you will get message like that. They give the permission to post saomthing after your account get approved.

When we register we are able to access our account but as we new on forum moderator first check the authority and if they approved then only we can able to post or we get permission to post.
