Zero's Spartan IV Build ((FINISHED))

So I am back again with another update. With all but one piece in paint and only three days till Phoenix Comicon I am going into overdrive to finish all of my armor in time. As of right now my Torso, shoulder guards, Shins, and Knee pieces are done. I am currently finishing my Forearms, biceps, and belt. Also I am prepping my thighs and boots for painting.

Sadly I also have some bad news. I currently have about five pieces I need to completely redo. My belt has to be remade due to slight warping and also the fiberglass is not holding as well as I would like. My shoulder guards have slightly warped and the bicep armor was badly damaged when I was doing some of the foam work; currently debating between the GEN2 MK IV and Ricochet. Finally the forearms are a little wonky in their sizing proportions, my wrists are too big to fit through the opining even with foam and the back is way too big. So I have decided to replace them after PHCC wit the Fotus forearms that where recently uploaded, modeled by 343i, modified and unfolded by me.

Well this will be the final update for this build. After finishing my costume I took it to Phoenix Comicon and sadly it did not survive the event... upon arrival both shoulder pieces completely fell apart and the torso cracked, finally only after about 2 hours the shins snapped and the torso finally cracked. Luckily I was able to get a few good photos of my costume before it finally completely fell apart and failed. This build is now finished and I have begun to work on the Models for my next build 'Zero's GEN2 Mk2 Build'
