I'm using the same file for my ODST. Just waiting on some fiberglass and resin to finally show up so I can continue my work on it. Great file. I'm still looking for a prefab visor though. Thinking of contacting Oakley since they did the visors for Forward Unto Dawn webseries.

Just finished with the resin and rondo.
Going to start to bondo tomorrow. first real time with rondo it was so much better than fiberglass.

About 50% done with bondo going to put about 3 layers to try to get it rounded out.:cool

Couldn't agree more, really wish I'd played with rondo before we fibreglassed & stranded 4 whole suits.

Any pics of the bondo work? the pep is looking good keep it up.

bucket is looking good. I'm just waiting on my fiberglass and bondo to show up, and everyone I work with to stop putting it on and taking pictures.

To be fair, rondo is a good thing, but it can be very brittle. I would recommend putting a layer of fibreglass over the rondo to ensure it is solid.

New Update!
Finished the dome Took the whole weekend but I did it!







Started the back.



Had This on all day forgot that I had it on.



I like how the dome turned out being my first real time with bondoing a helmet.

:angryNOOOO the helmet fell off the table and slpit across the dome. I'm just going to move on to the under suit and the rest of the suit. I will go back to it make it the last part maby I will be able to make it better next time. Forward unto dawn I build.:cool

I'm telling ya, fibreglass is probably a better idea (or you could rondo AND fibreglass for added strength.) Just rondo won't make the helmet very strong, it'll break easily.

Really sorry to here about that, I guess you'll just have to keep on moving.
