I decided to start my halo reach elite ultra build early so i can bring it to comic-con
Im working on the gun the covenant plasma rifle (Halo Reach)
when reading this can someone send me a link for the helmet
Well I'm not sure how you plan on going about building this but there are a few ways of going about it.

There was also an actual retail model made for playing lazer tag that you be able to find as well. Those are made to human scale so if you are going to make it to actual elite scale then you might want to make it out of pep or even foam rubber.

Not to burst your buuble, dude, but no one hasn't made ANY of the Elite ultra files.
You are going to have to make this thing entirely from scratch.

Yes it was in a Bungie Weekly Update several weeks ago, don't remember exactly when... it discussed the Deliver Hope trailer, so sometime after then.
I have an interest in the Ultra helmet, it's somewhere on my modeling list. Not sure where yet. I did take all the necessary reference screens though.

Scratch building isn't hard, you just need good references and a plan of attack. I suggest you look at pater manders full size halo wars elite. He used foam floor mats for the armor, carved the legs out of bed foam, welded special stilts, and sculpted and molded the head in latex.
