Very small update, started with chest piece...hopefully have this done by next week. Taking a trip to NC so that is going to delay some progress.

I'm really liking the clean cuts you've made on the foam, and the glue doesn't even seem to seep out of the seams. Do you have any strategy in cutting and gluing to make it look that crisp?

Thank you

I use superglue on the seams to secure the pieces and then pour on hot glue on the back.
