My first costume (Update thread)

Hey guys! So far i have finished the helmet and the chestpiece, i have the arms built, but not painted, and i still have the entire lower body to go.
(Note the entire build is 100% Cardboard) *cuz im poor*

For cardboard this is simply amazing!
Also, i got my print out on some relatively think paper ( i dont know what it is in lbs) in a print shop for . . what? 5 euros i think. Think about $6.5 to $7 or something

So far i've put 50 or so hours into it, I also have the arms done, not painted yet. I will probably post pics of those when i get them painted

Very cool build. Did you have templates? Or freehand from pics? Cause you are using a material that is not very forgiving. I also like how you have done the layering. It's all in the details. Nicely done!

Cardboard is a great medium for Spartans as it lends itself to the angular shapes needed.
Keep it up, I can't wait to see the full suit. :cool
