  Its a think piece of acrylic that was first coated with car window tint. I measured the rough size with a piece of card stock and traced it with paper from the outside. Add an inch around the perimeter and scored the acrylic

  thanks! combination of rustoleum custom chrome lines, montana cans' "black" series paints for the main greys and accent colors, tamiya's ts spray can line for a lot of the metallic details, krylon for some base black colors, and mixed plastidip...
