I like to start somewhere in the middle (preferably the top) and work my way out in all directions equally - helps me with keeping things symmetrical. Anything else and I find the sides are less even.

I find that the "soak fiberglass in resin" method seems to use up a lot more than just painting the resin on, so if you're low on supplies that might be a factor for you.

I cut them all, then score them all, then separate the parts into general area (eg back of head together), then glue.

Great video Ithica, and great timing for me because I'm about to resin and fiberglass some foam. If the foam gets a good coat of paint first, do you think that will reduce warping substantially?

Yeah, I just saw that video, good stuff. I think I'll maybe paint the foam first to try to seal it a bit and reduce warping/bowing, but it looks like there will be no eating. Good stuff!
