Thanks! I had a blast wearing it around work! I now need to buy a good pizza cutter as I destroyed the rivet holding the blade in >.< On the other hand this was old and had lived a full live.

Well time flies when you have kids and a lot of real life stuff going on, but I was able to finish the suit in time for my party, (sorry for the insane delay between posts) really wish I knew more outgoing social people, so I could take her out in public this Halloween :(

Ok here's a small update. been working semi-nonstop, painting, assembling/disassembling trying stuff on making sure it fits etc. Yes the chest is a bit warped (didnt know about the struts =/ ) but I still have alot more painting to do. Also I FINALLY figured out how to post the "Desired"...

I use a pizza cutter for all folds, its fast and easy. Everyone has one. Just make sure its clean first.

I thought it did at first, but the more I played Reach after I did the helmet, I noticed its a really wide helmet compared to a lot of others, I kinda like it, want to look "beefy".

Ok started the sanding portion yesterday, started with a 60 grit, to trim the fat... Also cut out a couple of spots on one of the bracers for ventilation, enjoy.

Ok I'm asking for a bit of constructive criticism, I am thinking of cutting out the three spots highlighted on the following picture, and replacing it with some black painted storm screen, to help with ventilation on the bracers, and I was just wondering what others think, or if they did...

Did a bit more rondo work, wasted a bit.... /facepalm oh well. Here's a shot of the pieces, need to sand em, but I may wait till all the pieces need it. Moderation seems to be key, and some rubber dish gloves and some Orange cleaner work wonders when working with sticky stuff.
