May I ask what thickness foam you are using- and do you think using thinner foam might improve mobility for future builds?

Have any of the UK members completed a build with jesmonite yet? Have kilos of the stuff sitting at home, but heard that it gets real heavy when finished. Would like to finish my two pepped helmets with them if at all possible as I don't want to waste the stuff.

Just a quick question to any UK spartans out there- Is "Easyflo" Polyeurthane liquid casting plastic the same as Smoothcast? Just working out whether I can use it as an alternative to glassing after I resin what I have.

I'm using wallpaper shears to cut mine.

Not sure if anyones asked before, but are there any good methods of increasing height for a spartan costume. Was thinking foot lifts, but not sure if there were any better methods out there. Am 5''7 tall and would like to achieve at least 6'' when fully suited up.

Anyone know where in the UK I could buy sheets of mini cell foam?

Can someone recommend a good, cheap printer that will print on 200gsm cardstock? Am based in the UK.
