Hey you think you could just mud or rondo the outside so it would be super strong plus you could detail it and you have to do only one coat? I think that would make it easier, cheaper, stronger, more time efficient, and you skip a step.

Same as quite a few of the more recent ones with the Indy Mogul BFX, I was actually looking at how to make a cool lightsaber prop and he had a tut there, then i saw the Halo Armour tut and I was like OMGZZ!!! I AM MAKING THAT!!!! So i looked at more vids and whatever other stuff I could find...

ok so i started my resin and all and then it just turned out bad. the fibreglass and resin got everywheres and on me and now my pep is almost ruined theres hardener mixed resin and non mixed resin everywhere and i have no acetone. anything i can do? you can delete this once its fixed

Thx, actually i couldnt find any HD thighs or shins at all and i just got the 2nd highest detail chest cause the best one just crashed pepakura designer. Oh and i noticed you were Canadian. Me too ;) Omg and your New Brunswick :D Im Nova Scotian

Yes i plan to resin and fibreglass it, And im going with normal chief green and you know weathering and black parts stuff like that. Thx for all you who took an intrest in my work I'll be working on the next few pieces soon and then get to resining. :)

That's actually a really neat and creative way of hardening. Sadly I already have the resin and fibreglass and I think i'll do it that way. Also I couldn't imagine how it would stay, wouldn't it kinda pool at the bottom if its super-heated?
