    For sure. What would you mean by low poly, need a lower file size?

    The game files will need work to be printable. Cutting off excess, scaling, closing meshes, etc. It sounds daunting but its nothing too crazy. 3D builder, Meshmixer, and Blender are 3 programs you can use.

    Another vote for eSun PLA+. We've also have had a lot of success regarding Polylite PLA recently. Regarding S3D. It is an amazing program with lots of tutorials (link to one below). But it is extremely powerful (good and bad). Some options can be much for early users. I'd encourage you...

    Agreed, especially after you start using filler primer. That being said 60-80 grit on areas that are rough (support interfaces, some overhangs, etc) can be a godsend.

    I know hand sanding hurts...and it is not fun...but...I think it give the most control and best results. For flat areas you can get away with using palm sanders and such.

    Just one layer. Nice and thin a little goes a long way. Can't remember the exact oz off the top of my head

    I dont know if it saves time to be honest. But I do think I get better initial finishes with the XTC. I've tried sanding before XTC and usually those end up curing a little rough.
