I have been working on a sith acolyte model. (Download Link below my blah blah) So I started in blender and traced the frontal outline of some others I've seen around.. Then unfolded it... The only thing I forgot to fix was part of the eyes. Easy enough to glue on after the fact...

I've never done pep, but I was thinking of doing legs (shin and maybe boot) and gauntlets. But I'm not sure which model to go with. I figured you guys have been looking at this stuff long enough to have much better opinions having created and held many of these pieces. So given this costume...

Good suggestions so far, my favorite of those is Reign, problem is, people will hear "rain". Other ideas i had was Animus... Or Xhar (sounds likes czar) which is a name i use in sci-fi games.

That thing has Cobra Commander written all over it!!! Nice job with the clean up of the fiberglass, those images with the cloth everywhere had me worried, but you cleaned it up well.

I sanded mine between each step. I think bondo sticks better to sanded surfaces. Not 100% on that but it makes sense to me.
