    i dunno but i think youre helm looks waaay too big :( you were right on question 4 but adding 8-10cm is inadvsable id say only about 2-3cm even 1cm makes a big difference

    Spray On Resin?

    i like the idea but as aformentioned i dont think it will ever work and even if it does i will have nothing in polyester resin.

    Should cut this part or no?

    yes you should cut it those cuts keep the shape of the particual peice of card and will add a small hill on that area that is there. it si there for a reason, also make sure you glue it 394 and 122 will keep it in place but the tab will stick out and make it look untidy.
