UPDATE: Here's some progress after ALOT of bondo work and sanding/dremeling....with a coat of primer over it so I can see what the helmet actually looks like...(a good amount still has to be done before I will even call this finished though) (click the pics to make bigger btw :D)

Hi, I am currently working on a halo 3 odst helmet, and I had one simple question. So in corners and squared off areas, what tool should I use to achieve 90 degree angles and things like that, because with a dremel, the bit is round of course so you cant do corners. I have sharper, smaller bits...

Thanks for the replies :) To play it safe I may drill more holes in the peg board like I have seen someone else do. I feel like it should work since it's such a small surface area, plus I saw someone in a video use my exact same shop vac. If it doesnt work I may drill another hole for a second...

UPDATE: We built a pretty cheap vacuum forming table, it's 12x12. If anyone wants to know what you need to make it, we used: -8 Shoulder braces (for the frames) -1 8 ft. Piece of molding (or any long piece of small and thin wood) cut into 4 10 inch pieces and 4 13 inch pieces -1 Shadow box...
