Man, that armor's looking sick! I love the plasma burn. Looks really realistic and is the best I've seen of its kind. I agree with the others - go for a flickering LED. It will ADD.

Another update!!! Okay, sorry for the short time period between posts, but I got some REAL stuff done. I did the GLOVES! And they worked out pretty well (a little tight, but it'll do, probably.) My only fear with these is that it will be an uncomfortable squeeze when adding in an LED circuit...

Great job on your armour! Your helmet looks sweet, and your armour overall looks cleanly put together. I guess an easy fix for your ankle thing (as stated by rasendori04) is just to make a slit, and then just widen it or something. Keep up the good work!

Dude, sweet iron man! I'm also doing a foam iron man (trying the mark 6), and I'm basically a noob at detailed foam work. Do you have any tips for someone working with this stuff? (especially tips on the helmet) Either way, great job!

Quick Update! Okay, so I got a soldering iron, and was able to use it successfully. Also, my LEDs are now on the way! So hopefully before next thursday I will have my uni-beam lit up (and maybe the helmet if I make it soon). YAY. Hopefully I'll have another update for you guys by Saturday of...
