What attachment/bit/etc are you using? What specifically are you trying to do? Pictures might help... For what it's worth, I mostly used my Dremel to cut off larger pieces & deburr the nastier bits of resin that were only good for poking & scraping me. A decent file or rasp can work wonders...

Why do you need another thread on this same subject? You'll likely need to change the scale on the pep to get it to fit you. There's a bunch of threads on this, I'd suggest reading & re-reading over the existing guidance several times before you get to the printing & cutting stage.
