My wife (vampire) and I had friends over for halloween/rock band party.

ive seen lots of stuff done with craft foam/insulation foam but this has to be the most detailed

Thanks. I used the foam for cusion and to hold things in place better. I didnt have time to bondo and fiberglass so just risked it. It didnt break. We had lots of fun taking pictures. I even standed outside and didnt move and kids thought I was a statue. Then I moved and they tripped out. lol

hear is mine. i also finished all the electronics with the suite but i left the battery at home lol. but it was still a blast!

This is the last-minute Captain Rex costume that I made. It isn't at all accurate, but he loved it. The shoulders are missing in the pic as well as the handplates, and he didn't want to wear long sleeves (it was hot). I didn't have time to make the upper arms or the thighs, but I'll try again next year if he doesn't hit his growth spurt in the meantime. The armor is craft foam and the helmet is pepakura (Rundown's animated clone plus my rangefinder edit).

Was so cute when a bunch of Little Kids kept screaming "OMG ITS MASTER CHIEF! MASTER CHIEF!! MASTER CHIEF!" i wanted to say i was noble 6 but who am I to disillusion them haha.

Also was funny as hell when i got to a kids house and on his T.V. Was his Noble 6 in the armory so i yelled "HEY HE'S PLAYING ME!!!"

had a part at my place the night before, then went to a friends house to give candy to strangers. when i got there, a zombie attacked me. not flood related.

My Mk VI was a little worse for wear after being stored since last Halloween & I had to scramble to do a bunch of last minute repairs to get it wearable. I managed to get some LEDs wired into the suit this year though.

My buddy's kid was fascinated with my AR...

Hey guys,
I went as my newly built Noble 6 suit, and my girlfriend wore my old suit from last year. Hers took quite a few repairs and was a little big but we had a lot of fun. I won first place in the costume contest downtown

You have a mini spartan army...

Mine wasn't near as refined as i wanted it to be, but i did take 3rd place at a casino in Lake Tahoe. Ended up having to cut the servos to open and close my faceplate after i couldn't find a good spot for the box.
