The restyled boots and helmet are my favorite part. To me the helmet looks like a cross between the Mark VI and the Commando Helmet from Reach (ala Carter). I'm less crazy about the shoulders and abdomen.

The best and cheapeast way to go is to find a local motorcycle shop and check out clearance visors. Amazon is the next best place.

Should have specified...I did all that after I took the pictures. It has globs of foam sticking out that I haven't trimmed yet.

I have the visor mounted in place. I filled in the gaps with some expanding foam after I mounted it. I have always filled in the gaps with plumbers putty but with this helmet, the gap was too large so I decided to use foam and I will try either regular bondo or spot filler to smooth it out...

Before you cut out the visor check out Satchmo III's build. I didn't realize that there should have been a slight lip left. I also just used an adhesive foam piece for the ear section to make it stand out. Good luck.

Oops my bad it was the halo 4 panel. I had mixed them up. So I'm confused now. If a prop studio built the suit, where does the 405th come in with helping construct the suit like Frankie said? Maybe I am just missing something.
