Alright I lowered the scale using just the measurement of my head from top to bottom and adding a few mm, currently I'm cutting away! When I'm done I'll open a WIP thread, thanks for the help guys!

OH, I just realized you probably didn't understand me. When I say visor I meant on the top, over the eyes, like a sun visor!
