    Well Resin is still expensive + some fiber glass cloth while you can add up a few money for a 1.9lbs of smoothcast 300 for 24$ unless thats not enough for the helmet then its another story.

    I was wondering which product is recommended or the best to make your armor and helmet since some people use showcast 300 for the inside of the helmet while some other fiberglass the inside and some use urethene rubber for the armor piece and so on. . . Thank you for your time.

    Thank you i guess i`ll just have to do a mold then cast it but what product should i use to cast the helmet and the other part of the Armor? i heard for the helmet the smoothcast 320 should do it. Thank you for your time.

    What`s the point of molding/casting your pepakura model(Helmet, Chest, Shin,. . .) when you already resin it, bondo it ,detail it, paint it and pretty much all of it? can`t you just use that as the final product?What benefit you get from molding/casting it? Sorry if this question was already...
