Just wanted to introduce myself to the 405th. I am just getting into this like many of you I have already started my first helmet. It's a MK VI and, also like many first timers, my scaling or should I say lack of scaling has left me with a VERY large helmet. It's been resined and fiberglassed...

I haven't done any padding yet, so i'm hoping I'll be able to salvage it. I'm doing the Mk VI too. I'm after looking over my fiberglassing I need to touch up a few spots but its not terrible for my first try. Are you doing a whole suit or just helmet?

I have the opposite problem...My helmet is too big. I just finished the resin and fiberglassing mine today. There is no give at all, so if it forms around your head just barely now, then I would just use this one as a practice helmet to get you form down. Thats what i'm doing but as far as that...
