Found an interesting way to do the helmet interior. Tore apart one of my old hard hats and I am using the lateral impact protection foam liner and the adjuster strap. Will post that this weekend as I do the test install and fitting.

I think the ringing might be due to the 65mm/sec print speed and my 100 free travel speed, going to drop both down to 55. Also printing at .3 layer height with a .6 nozzle thinking on lowering my layer height. Will post a pic of the issues in the slicer when I get home.

88 Hours later and viola. Made a slight error in scaling and it is a little bigger than I planned (2%). This will do for Halloween. Will print another later. Anyone interested in buying a Mk VI helmet?

So C4 in Winnipeg announced they are not coming back at all. As it stands now the event is officially over. Brandon MB has a small Con the weekend of OCt 18. Will check them out however my armour will not be ready for that one. Oh well will go out on Halloween as a spartan.
