Yeah, we have a bunch of "Great Stuff" so I will experiment with that, and also I am looking at making a mold for casting, I want to get into vacumforming.

Ok so this is my first weapon that I am trying to do. I am going to Pep it, then inject it with foam, then bondo the outside. I have been lurking for a while, and I did do a Mk VI helm, but this is when I am really going to get into things now.

I finally figured out how to add images, so here is my helm! the front: and me wearing it: by the way, the tape is just on there for support, the visor was curling up and the tape keeps it in place HIHIHI \../__(**)__\../

I just finished pepping my helm, and for resining and fiberglassing, what do you do on the inside of the helm? I am still very confused about this, and any help would be appreciated! :p edit, just saw something else, please disregard this!!! if mods could delete this, that would be great!

For the helmet, do I resin the inside, and do I fiberglass? Just wondering, 'cuzz I'm almost done with my pep.
