What I have found works well, is to wrap the wire around a bolt. It kind of locks it in well.

I would like to see a Atomic Robo head, rocketeer helmet and a Dark Helmet from space balls

so after seeing the animatronic elite, i would like to make the brute chieftain gauntlet shield out of carpet underlay foam. my friend has made a bender costume this way.

Would it be possible to make a list of the paints people have used to paint their armor or props? That way it will all be in one spot and people can have a less scaning to do to find the proper paint they need for their armor.
