Neat idea for the HUD, I might have to try something like that for my marine helmet. For the chinstrap maybe buy an ACH or similar military chin strap just to give it more of that military helmet look.

Realistically speaking I think rockets may look out of place, but if you had a weapon mount on the side of the main bar that'd look really cool IMO. Kind of like WWII motorcycles with leather Thompson holsters.

How are people able to make it fit? IIRC the helmet seemed tiny when I first saw it.

Their actual retail store has a few, I didn't buy one though. Also eHobbyAsia has some in stock for slightly less money.

Awesome looking kits! I'm building a H3 marine set as well and I was looking for a good visor for the helmet, might have to look at getting a motorcycle one. Did you purchase the armor as a raw set?

If you go the pepekura route you just need card stock and any printer and PC. As well as hot glue and exacto blades. Then you need fiberglass resin and bondo which can be found at auto part stores. Making it with foam may be easier and you only need EVA foam mats, blades and a heat gun and...
